5. Adding people to your organization

Add a group of individuals with the same email domain to your org

1. Send your default organization email domain (e.g "you@yourcompany.org") to support@meetdarcy.com

Add individuals via specific email address

1. Download the "darcy_new_accounts.xlsx" Excel template
2. Complete the template including organization members first name, last name and email address
3. Email the completed file to Support@meetdarcy.com
4. If the file is received before noon MST (GMT-7), it will be processed by the following morning. If received later, it will be processed in 48 hours or less

For young children or other visitors who will have Darcy Passes created by parents or guardians on their behalf

1. Download the "darcy_new_accounts.xlsx" Excel template
2. Complete the template including the parent or guardian first name, last name and email address
3. Email the completed file to support@meetdarcy.com
4. If the file is received before noon MST (GMT-7), it will be processed by the following morning. If received later, it will be processed in 48 hours or less
5. The parent/guardian will create their account using their own name and email and then add their children or dependents through the Darcy Pass app.
